Service cost varies depending on whether or not you will be using insurance and the length of the session. I offer both insurance and self pay options.
My self pay rate for a 50 minute session is $150.

Yes, I offer a free, 15 minute consultation either in person or via video call to help feel out if working together is a good fit. During our consult, I will ask a few questions and give you space to ask any questions you may have about working together.

Yes, I offer Telehealth services to individuals in the state of Arkansas utilizing a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform.

This looks a little different for everyone and depends on what your needs and goals are. I usually suggest attending weekly sessions initially and then moving to less frequent sessions. Therapy is a collaborative process, so we will work together to find a duration and frequency that works best for you.
